Variotherm’s ModuleWall is a system that diffuses heat and cools through the walls. ModuleWall is made of 18mm Fermacell plates (80% gypsum and 20% paper fibers) covered with pipes which are pre-assembled for installation on the walls. This all-in-one system combines the structures of heating, cooling and doubling of the walls by replacing the traditional plaster plates. The ModuleWall system allows heating thanks to the circulation of hot water at low temperature and freshness thanks to the circulation of cold water: a pleasant feeling of comfort in every season!

VarioModule pipes are embedded in Fermacell ® gypsum fiber boards.
As the tubes have exactly the same spacing from each other, they are easy to find with the Variotherm locator. The fixing of paintings, photos on the wall does not pose a problem.
All building needs can be fulfilled with just 8 modular panels.
The modular panels are suitable for being fixed on metal structures or wooden supports like standard plasterboard. Simple, fast and effective! Tested for fire safety! ModuleWall panels have been tested by the Institute for Experimental Research and the City of Vienna and found to be safe.
