Techniques

The compact tiles are made of 18mm Fermacell fiberboard (80% gypsum and 20% paper fibre) tested for health and safety It is a complete system in which the
VarioModule pipes are fully integrated into the compact filling enclosure.
This guarantees optimum heat transfer, which combined with precise regulation works with a lower supply temperature than in other underfloor heating systems.

Easy to install
VarioModule 11.6 X 1.5 pipes retain their angled shape even at low temperatures. The laying of the pipes is completely free (eg meander or bifilar)!
Then just pour in the filler compact, level the surface, and you’re done.
It’s as simple and quick as that! After a brief drying period, the floor covering can be laid.
Quick reaction time
Comparative measurements were carried out over 24 hours with the compact floor heating system VarioComp.
The results: The surface heated by the VarioComp system heats up much faster than the surface of the traditional underfloor heating system with screed (2.5 hours less!).
Also, the reaction time from feed temperature to surface temperature is shorter. This demonstrates that the VarioComp underfloor heating system reacts faster and is easier to control.
